We are interested in translating findings of basic immunology and genetic research into diagnostic and prognostic tools for cutaneous diseases. We are actively seeking collaborative research with basic science laboratories in the fields of innate and adoptive immunity as well as lymphoma and melanoma pathogenesis.
We also encourage residents and medical students to initiate collaborative research between our Center and Washington University Genomic Pathology Services and Laboratory of Cytogenomics and Molecular Pathology to facilitate the deployment of the latest genomic tests in dermatopathology.
Areas of research:
- Granulomatous inflammation, histiocytic disorders
- Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma
